1. Order Processing

All orders are freshly prepared and processed within 1 business day after order confirmation.

تمام آرڈرز کی تصدیق کے بعد انہیں تازہ تیار کرکے 1 کاروباری دن کے اندر پراسیس کیا جاتا ہے۔

2. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–3 Working Days

  • Other Areas: 3–5 Working Days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

  • بڑے شہروں میں: 2 سے 3 کاروباری دن

  • دیگر علاقوں میں: 3 سے 5 کاروباری دن

ڈیلیوری کا وقت تخمینی ہے اور موسم، سرکاری تعطیلات یا کورئیر سروس کی تاخیر کی وجہ سے مختلف ہو سکتا ہے۔

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed before completing your purchase.

ڈیلیوری چارجز آپ کے مقام اور آرڈر کی مالیت کے مطابق چیک آؤٹ کے وقت خودکار طور پر ظاہر کیے جائیں گے۔

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where available).

جب آپ کا آرڈر روانہ کر دیا جائے گا تو آپ کو ٹریکنگ معلومات (اگر دستیاب ہوں) کے ساتھ تصدیقی پیغام موصول ہوگا۔

5. Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct. Dayar E Shareen is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

6. Packaging

Every order is packed in premium food-grade packaging to maintain freshness, hygiene, and product quality during transit.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most cities across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability.

پاکستان کے بیشتر شہروں میں کیش آن ڈیلیوری (COD) کی سہولت دستیاب ہے، تاہم یہ کورئیر سروس کی دستیابی پر منحصر ہے۔

8. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
